We recite the Mindfulness Trainings about once a month on the Wednesday closest to the full moon. Please join us this week to recite and then share our understanding of them.
We gather as a Sangha to recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings. The Buddha offered these ancient precepts as guidelines for living an ethical life. They express the mind of universal understanding and compassion, and are the basis by which we train ourselves in mindfulness.
